Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation offers specialized assessments to evaluate the strength, coordination, and function of the pelvic floor muscles, as well as related areas such as the abdomen, hips, and lower back.

These evaluations help identify dysfunctions such as muscle weakness, tension, or poor coordination that may contribute to issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, or impaired core stability.

Based on the assessment, individualized therapy plans are developed to restore optimal pelvic floor function, support core stability, and address specific symptoms or goals.

Treatment may include targeted exercises to strengthen or relax pelvic floor muscles, manual therapy, posture and breathing techniques, biofeedback, and education on behavioral strategies for bladder and bowel management.

The primary objective is to enhance pelvic health, reduce symptoms, and improve overall quality of life by restoring comfort, confidence, and function in daily activities.
